Lie down on mats and pillows, and rest while I play Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums and other sound healing instruments. Let the sound carry you into a moment of calm. No experience is needed.
My approach
Welcome — I'm Ritu, and I'm so glad you're here. My approach to sound healing is simple: it's not something you can read your way into, only experience. I believe life is energy, moving as vibration — and that sound has a way of gently realigning our own vibration until we feel more at peace with ourselves and in harmony with the world around us. Every session is an invitation to come back to that stillness, together.
